does anybody know where to find elf ears for yennays oathbreaker?

This isn't needed but it will help you get there. You need to free Morati, i believe you need to talk with her at the Queens castle cells, then talk to the Queen and it should star a quest which will lead you to the location of Elf ears.
You also need to kill Elf's for the mission so you're hitting two birds with one stone.
