It's a very good game so no, it won't be weird to play it. A good game is a good game and not playing it just based on the characters skin tone is very limiting. And I say this as a poc myself.
why would it be weird? as a person of colour, you shouldn't be afraid of viewing media just because the characters aren't Poc. you're just experiencing a story from a different lens so go for it if the description is interesting to you
