Do you want to stop eggs, or lay them? If stop, not technically, without downgrading the game, or changes your body parts. If laying, remove vaginal or butt plugs and move around/sleep for a bit. (if you have ovipositor that gives eggs to people)
Ive had this issue. The only way that it fixed for the player was to start the tentacles player slavery story and then lay them, before exiting the story using debug. I've never encountered this for NPCs, so I'm sorry I don't have a fix for that.
