From what I saw on tumblr, their last activity was a repost on July 24, 2025 about a blog calling out itchio for purging explicit and LGBTQ+ content. An actual update from them was written on June 15,2025: they'd been writing for Uroboros, but needed to cut a lot of it out because there wasn't a proper goal in mind. They found it difficult to write, and planned on sorting out the lore and worldbuilding before continuing. A lot of it is still uncertain, but they've been reflecting on the direction of the story and its message.
There's no clear indication the creator is still working on it, as its almost been a year with no updates. Nonetheless, I hope they're okay. I apologize if my English isn't understandable lol
