Is there anal content currently included or planned?
Not currently included in the newest 0.2.2 version.
Starting with v0.2.3, I'm working on adding more optional scene choices, including things like anal content, tickling, etc., so there's more variety. I can't promise every specific option will make it into the next update, but adding more variety to scenes is definitely the direction.
So, to answer directly: yes, anal content is planned, but I can't promise it will be included specifically in v0.2.3.
