I personally just found it a bit less hassle to sub to the Patreon then immediately cancel it after paying, but the option's there if you don't use Patreon
I already understood that Patreon would allow for uncensored--DLSite does not. I would like an option beyond just the two, even if I have to do a paypal transfer or write a physical check.
