Start again, either grind and save up 500 dollars to pay them on day 14, else they will take her away, or start again and grind up 230-250 strength points (Level 2 strength + 30) to unlock the ability to defeat the tax collector before day 14. (though you still have to pay 20 bux in taxes/rent every week after that.)
