To get it, you gotta have done at least one of the others I think a couple of times. You don't need to do all 3, you can and that effects others, bu you just need to have done it a few times.
Then get preggers by 10 others I believe, and it'll come about. Then to finish it you need to sleep in your inn room a couple of times
