Hard to say without giving it a proper look myself. Could be an audio issue or some other error happening blocking the tts queue. I would suggest coming over the vtspog discord server and we can give it a look together over there.
If you can make a new thread in the support channel and share a video walking me through your vtspog setup Im positive we can figure out whats wrong
