Is it possible for her to somehow die or pass out? Also any estimation for the next update? Have you considered adding poses or futa or something?

'No' for die. Instead you can discharge the doll(sexdoll personality) and it goes in sleepy mode. Fainting play for life-like personalities is in devs list, but didn't get enough support on previous voting, so on the pause.
Estimates are: progressions for advanced mode(huge one I must say, so lots of work goes this direction); and cuming ouside(the last winner of the voting - will be avaliable for patrons like tomorrow).
