Assuming you are meaning Surface to Surface Missile System… so, the longest range is 18,000 km, and figure we can say it has a warhead of what 20 kilotons or something like that?
So right now we have Offense (depending on throw weight since is probably nuclear, which puts it at 20), Defense 18 (assuming it has a subsurface bunkers or something similar but guessing that each “part” of the complex is roughly equivalent to a heavy cruiser), the size (11 due to the physical size and personnel numbers) and the range (18,000 km, assuming RS-28 Sarmat). Since it is nuclear, we are looking at an Offense of 20, the variable being the blast radius. For a 750 kt we are looking at a .78 mile RADIUS fireball, 1.23 mile RADIUS heavy blast damage, a 1.5 mile RADIATION radiation blast, a 2.58 mile moderate damage RADIUS, Thermal damage out to 5.86 mile RADIUS, and light damage out to 6.64 mile RADIUS.
So, the Offense is 20 out to .78 miles, 10 out to 1.23 miles, 5 out to 2.58 miles, and 3 out to 6.64 miles. But, nukes also do thermal damage, so that is a separate attack of Offense 6 (3rd degree burns) out to 5.86 miles. And, then there is the radiation damage, so that does a seperate attack of Offense 2 out to 1.5 miles.
So, the Offense is listed as 20 on the counter, but in the unit sheet it is written: 20 (.78 miles), 10 (1.23 miles), 5 (2.58 miles), 3 (6.64 miles) PLUS 6 (5.86 miles, thermal), PLUS 2 (1.5 miles, radiation) and it will leave a radiation level 2 marker over that entire area (1.5 mile radius).
So, it is Offense 20, Defense 18, Size 11, Range 18k km, Intiative 11.
Is that correct?
