Hello, can someone please, tell me where I can find Harpy because i walk the whole mountain, I have all the information, but i can not find her. Thanks

You have potentially missed a few characters you need to speak to at the base of the mountain, just left of the town exit or somewhere along the path up. Once you have spoken to all the NPCs the MC will make a comment as you ascend the mountain path, and a new path will open. I got stuck pretty much at the same place, but managed to get past it after more wandering than I would like to admit.
