This game has major issues.
Now, it really shows that the game is a passion project made by one person, but it's just too rough around the edges. The story is kind of bad, ngl, and the dialogue options are forced in one single direction. I also don't really like the fact that CaseOh is randomly in this game; it totally breaks the immersion. The game is also painfully slow—the running speed is basically a very slow walk—and there is just no ambiance. All the horror elements come from random jumpscares that are very poorly animated.
The worst part is the final boss fight, where you're basically shooting peas at the bad guy and doing it again and again for too long. Also, the bear traps can become unavoidable, forcing you to die. Additionally, towards the end of the game, you are just left in the middle of a road without any clear objective of where to go. I believe if the game received some more playtesting, it would have been way smoother.
But I understand that it was made by a single developer and released for free. If I can give any advice, I think that next time, the game needs a ton more playtesting and needs to rely more on ambiance buildup rather than just jumpscares. I believe this developer can do great things, but they need to learn from their mistakes first.
