hi, so the rest of chapter one was rushed and i kinda didn't have any good ideas so i just did whatever and the random locations stuff was done so that the chapter gameplay time would be extended, and also regarding the discord server, it's not setup yet because i never actually had the time to set it up. And also the story for chapter one won't probably change since recently i've been thinking about switching engines from unreal engine to unity and with that rewriting the whole story to make it more immersive and interesting rather than just waking up in the backrooms out of nowhere and trying to get out, it's all just kinda meh... It's really hard to create a story for a backrooms game since it's just a never ending maze

I understand. Time is sometimes an issue. And I understand the difficulty of trying to create a story from something as blank as the nature of the Backrooms. they're just there and that's it. Though I feel like most people are satisfied with the blunt aspect of the story following the line of just waking up and being there in the Backrooms, especially with nature of the game as a whole. But it's your project and I understand wanting to put a nice polish on things. I'd also understand if you just wanted to wipe your hands and say you're done. I wouldn't blame you.

-You could take the Smiler's Den approach, in terms of story. That's about all I can think of that makes a little sense.

-In terms of gameplay, it's a little difficult to make navigating a dark maze particularly entertaining and I believe you're doing the right thing by adding things such as the camera section, finding the door code, and the section where you play as Kar to help break up the monotony of just walking in the dark.

-And I also think the game would benefit from having something like little time-filler minigames you could launch directly from the main menu. an example being the Camera Office. It would literally just be using the doors and watching the cameras like it's 2014 and the first FNAF game just came and took the internet by storm. OR, on a simpler note, just playing as Kar and you have to catch a certain amount of people to win. That's it. The ability to play as this elusive, mystical thing that no other game lets you play as is enough on its own to make it entertaining.
