I'm not done with it yet, but this game is really cute so far! I got stuck at the option to "present my idea" to Sylphia and I don't know what to do :( did I make a mistake earlier which has locked me out of the option?

You have to finish either Felix or Albion’s route to unlock that option! Qwynn and Cal’s routes are soft locked until that happens.
