what time does the door for mannequin boss appear and what is the gigantic dick boss?

there is no gigantic dick boss, only normal enemies with big dicks, and the manequin doesnt appear at a given tike, its based on a condition, the dark manequin appears when you struck by lightning the glass panel beside the forest godess, nad the secret manequin boss only appears after you beat every boss

The dark manequin in the glass beside the goddess is a black mage i think, the secret boss is indeed a manequin

Kill the secret manequin boss to get the remaining 4%, go at the top of the tree where some big dick dudes are, then right
