Haha, nice to hear you like it :) So yes the song is made for the game and this is why the lyrics fit the lore so much, it's curated for this game specifically, and there are more songs that open up later in game, on various important story checkpoints. I've had so many people asking me about the songs of the game and the music generally, so I'm probably going to have like a cheap DLC or something when the game releases, For people who want to download the tracks individually.

Right, that makes sense. I've finally gotten to play the game a bit and so far I like all the music I've heard (and the game too ofc!), but that song is just killer man, good job on that one. I even figured out how to copy the mp3 onto my phone and make spotify add it to my playlists! ;) If you don't mind my asking, for metadata purposes, what is the song called and what name should I credit for the artist? I'm not distributing it or anything, just for my own records.

It's not a known song, it's only made for this game with the help of AI and my curation of lyrics/music, so you won't find it anywhere else under an artist or so.

Ahh, I wondered if the voice was AI, there were a couple minor little things that.. Iono, they didn't really stand out so much as make me think, 'If this was text, this would be AI-generated'. But, I love the song nonetheless, and I'm especially fond of the lyrics. Actually, on which point, I do have a question. There's a section like 'Every breath .... is something I designed', but I'm not sure what she's singing in the middle?
