South of the Ranch, after all the Team Euphoria Grunts there is a Entrance to the Dungeon, you can walk around the rock when you are inside, you dont need rock smash, then you just navigate throug there, after that its pretty easy
cant find it need more informations or a screenshot i defeatet every trainer and collectet every item i was able to find without cut and rocksmashe but i cant find the cut out
