Sorry, there is indeed this problem. I will re-upload the patch to fix it.
After testing, I found that I didn't have the problem you described. You need to download all the compressed files and then use compression software like 7Zip to decompress them.
Sometimes itch has a bug where downloads are incomplete.
Downloading in parts might solve this problem.
