Hi there, this is not a bug, but rather a possible issue on your device. First, make sure that other applications are not blocking mouse cursor rendering - e. g. OBS, Discord, any application for recording or streaming. If that does not work, you can open the graphics menu while in the game by clicking Shift+G and, in the "renderer" tab picking either option instead of "automatic", completely closing the game, opening it again and seeing if that works - if it does not, you can pick the other option and restart the game again.
