The password is a benefit for Patreon members, but it does not affect gameplay.

The password unlocks the free camera mode during H scenes and the female character's outfit selection panel (available in H scenes).
Both of these can be obtained from the Points Shop.
The cheat code (which unlocks all H endings) will be implemented in the next update.
