We are actually working on improving her arm animation rig, and that thought also occurred to us!
We'll probably have two modes in the future. The "clean" option would most likely just trigger a new interaction mode for the player to selectively clear the "dirty" parts.
But she'll could also trigger an auto clean (at least a partial clean on the face) if she doesn't like you, or if she can't see because of all the gunk and is bored waiting for you to continue the interaction. In those cases, then yes, we would try to animate her arms a bit to clean up.
