From what I've seen, Nebula lives in Honolulu and it's 11 a.m. there now, so the update should come out in 2-3 hours. This information isn't completely accurate; I saw it from another person's comment.
Nebula mentioned in the YouTube post that the update will be released between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m., so I believe those 2 hours are accurate now, haha.
