After several antivirus scans (Kaspersky and VirusTotal), I was able to confirm that all the cross-platform components were in place (except for a few files), but everything was designed for Windows (hence the absence of those files) because you could choose an icon, the Java version to install, etc., whereas you can create a command file to launch it.
