Hey, thanks for sharing the issue and you are using Windows 11.
I just released a new version 1.4.0 and added a zip version of the app instead of portable (.exe) that is more reliable, please try that and let me know if it works.
I also made some internal changes to the app so if something goes wrong you should get an error instead of simply not open.
