It's completely okay to be ambitious.

Failing to meet your own expectations sometimes is normal. especially when you're trying to create something better and more meaningful. Those kinds of ambitious projects often take time, but they usually get their well-deserved reward later.

keep going and never listen who criticize your ambitions

Unless the people who criticize bring valid points just to help the devs fix the game (constructive criticism), then it's not a problem at all. If it's hate just for the sake of hating, then f them all.
