First of all, thank you for the good words ^^
This is intentional. The previous versions were playtests, we gathered feedback from these older versions, but we are now at the official demo stage of the game right before we launch on July 30. We removed v0.8 from everywhere because we don't want people to be confused between older versions and the official demo/official release.
