windows defender is often hypersensitive to shit that's totally harmless. i cant count how many things i've downloaded with similar warnings and my PC's never had a virus.
obviously don't be stupid. do your research and use common sense. if a download is on a project that's years in the making on a website that typically takes down actual viruses then maybe, JUST MAYBE, windows defender is throwing a hissyfit and you're in the clear
