Sorry, I'm not sure what you're trying to get at here, they asked why there was no fem options so I said it's otome due to the fact that most otome games are catered to straight girls. Sorry if I am being ignorant or any of the sort.
Yeah, the previous commentor was saying this isn't necessarily just under otome bc the MC is gender selectable, they're not a straight woman unless the player is playing as that (which would be where the otome tag could be implied, though not limited). That's why the tags are josei and amare, not otome!
