Oh wow. This really hit hard.
This is exactly how my past relationship was. We broke up because of the dysphoria she would feel around me. I was unhappy because nothing would please me. Plus, my condition was too expensive to solve. So this really stuck to me.
Fortunately, I am in a much healthier relationship but I can't say this didn't sting. The overlapping perspectives, the contradiction in each others needs. It's beautifully heart wrenching.
