Try enabling dash mode in the options menu, and to skip conversations or actions, double-tap and hold to see what happens faster; most games with that mode work like this
Thank you but unfortunately yes my dash mode was on 😭 it's ok I'm sure in one of the updates it'll eventually get resolved
