Sexual orientations do not overlap during gameplay. Currently, you can choose between a heterosexual male protagonist or a lesbian female protagonist. There’s no gay content (yet).
In the future, when a gay male protagonist becomes available, he will have his own storyline that is separate from the others.
The story remains the same regardless of the protagonist; only the characters’ genders and a few scenes will change.
