Figured out how to fix the sound.
1: Get a copy of the original Bo Noise (https://puffballspeakerbox.itch.io/super-bo-noise)
2: Navigate to sound, then Desktop folder in the new noise moveset file
3: Delete ALL of the .bank files and replace them with the .bank files found in Super Bo Noise
4: Move the BO file into Desktop
5: That's it! Now you can play super bo noise with the new moveset and with sound!
