Yeah... the AI looks bad. I was very disappointed when I checked the latest updates and realized that some of the artworks used are AI-generated. I really hoped it was just a placeholder thing because the project was quite fun. However, the devlog seems to imply that it's not a placeholder, and the game is supposed to lean entirely towards AI-generated content. I lost my interest. Good luck, though.
i think the creator redrew all the ai arts based on what he generated and it can be seen in certain scenes where everything feels more pieced together rather than full on connected like a singular art, so i would say i give it a pass since the creator still put in the effort to do what he can while utilizing resources. Plus, the creator pushes weekly updates which is very taxing so i would also say it is pretty reasonable for him to resort to this method. Overall, i really appreciate how fast the updates are coming out. And now that the creator is polishing the story even more, i would forgive him for all the ai art as long as he keeps redrawing them instead of just blatantly using generated results. It at least adds a bit more soul to all the scenes. Unless even the "redraw" part is done by ai, then im a complete idiot, but that is to be discussed some other time when it is actually revealed to be true
