can someone explain if the hearts are a timed mechanic that give arousal or are just there to mess up ur stamina. cause I'm having a hard time dealing with it and its just messing up my runs :<
Hearts deal damage to your stamina. Upright hearts do more stamina demage while you thrusting/pounding. Upsidedown hearts do more stamina damage when you're NOT thrusting/pounding. A number of perks either reduce the stamina damage, or give you other benefits when a heart of either kind pops.
