I wouldn't mind if the lizard is a sub, but that preference is 55/45 (Sub/Dom). Just like you, I wouldn't mind her personality being Dom, but I haven't really seen many pheromone enemies being an sub. I've seen a Sub Hypnosis/ Temptation Bat Girl in a different game, Monster Girl Dreams, that is close to what you are suggesting and it works really well there. (Not trying to derail, just throwing a comparison.)
