The 0.47 was stripped down with no extra languages except english, no 4K textures only 2K, including huge downgrade to make it lighter and run on even very old devices. I can't think of a reason why could such thing happened, we tested latest version on 6 devices plus our beta testers testet it even on some older tablets and phones like Samsung galaxy S3 (10+ year old phone) So despite I would like to assist you I can only ask few questions, have you downloaded it from official source? What is your phone model? What is your android version? Does it show at least loading? Does it crash during installation, or how long it survive after loading? Have you been able to try it on a different device? Could it be some regional setting like locale language of the phone that is different? (I am aware of one issue on chinese phone) We can't fix what we can't simulate ourselves to gather more clues what could be wrong. We want to help, and some answers could lead us to some discovery of a root cause hopefully. There was no engine change since 0.40+ only more content added. No clear evidence or reason why it could happen. (I can only think of V-sync enabled around 0.46+)

My source is Itch.io and my Android is Samsung A9+  it has 4gb ram. I've downloaded pc version and got it working on winlator for a bit and it had nothing to do with ram but after a little while it does take me off but it at least plays and starts up I really just want to go back on my mobile phone but I believe the manufacturer of my device came from China even though I bought it online I expected to be American model but was wrong

Back then I had a Android device that had 2gb ram but over the update s it stopped working and I did some research and knew had to do with ram that's when I upgraded to A9+ Samsung Galaxy tablet but still doesn't work 

I wanted to ask  is it possible for wrong compression to break game? I just hope it's not that but if it's in my end I need to get myself a stronger phone with more ram

The texture compression is normal thing on android and many big games do it, it is called ETC2, you can search details about it, in short from wiki it should be supported by 99.2% of current smartphones and is most common standard of compression for textures. It is not likely this break the game, I would say some specification of the phone hardware or software like android version is the possible reason.
