I'm not the author, but I did purchase the game and can answer these.
- It says "Q4 2026" on Steam, so it's probably not coming to Steam for a few more months. You never really know with H games and Steam.
- The game is uncensored.
- The paid game automatically updates after you launch it. However, to automatically download major updates, you have to link an account in the options screen to verify that you either bought the game here on Itch or that you're a Patreon subscriber. I believe it attempts to link to a Patreon account first, but then you can click a button to link to Itch afterward.
