Im not sure if its similar for non-binary or trans fem pc's cause I almost always play as a trans guy because, well, I am one lol. But if you play as a trans dude, you automatically say you dont like having ur genitals referred to as a pussy when ur best friend calls it that during one of the "talk about sex" events where you show each other your genitals. Its not that big of a deal, but it would be nice to be given a choice in that situation!
