For increasing public sex the only ones that I know of are doing both show bra and show tits each should boost public sex the other way I know to boost it would be during the shower peeking to apologize since at least from how much I’ve play accusing doesn’t give as high of numbers when looking at activity log for gaze when making comments after she shows bra or tits I don’t know if love comments do it but heat and vulgar comments have increased gaze I believe that when you ask her to do a handjob unsure if the others do it from what I’ve tested this doesn’t seem to be the case also I believe asking her to watch you when you’ve asked her to show might also increase gaze but I or someone else would need to double check this as side note shower peeking also increases haze hope this helps if I find out specifics I’ll be sure to make an update 

For how high I would assume that Jill would have to not dislike it becoming either neutral liking or loving it which happens at different values if I remember correctly I think I saw a post saying she becomes neutral at 40 but someone who knows more would probably have a better idea of those values and specifically when the change on her opinion towards certain acts changes if they can even change in the current build secondly currently many people have pointed out that it takes a long time to grind the attributes so you might have to put more time in then you would be willing at lease at this point in time due to balancing also I know that other things can affect this such as how high your love or obedience might be plus if you heat is high typically between 70-90 from what I found makes varying actions more acceptable or you could persuade or coerce her into doing this might also apply to outfit changes though I don’t think this option to persuade is apart of outfit changing
