I dunno how exactly to phrase this, but mining feels... bad. There's this weird tiny amount of hang time if you're trying to swing but not locked on properly, switching what you're locked on to is just a little too inflexible, and sometimes swings just don't connect anyway. I generally like this style of upgrade-tree game, but this needs a bit more polish on the play side.

I think it's probably mostly in the targeting. If there was a windup time it wouldn't be so bad, but the awkward little lag where you don't know if you'll swing at all is kinda where the frustration lies. Especially once you get into the abilities and you're swinging through rocks at high speed. It'd be nice if you could just swing in a direction, instead of needing to target at all.
