Hey, yeah, I know that as the game's creator.
I've never ruled out the possibility of releasing the game on Steam once it's finished and using the proceeds to fund future projects(handing out keys to supporters, of course), for example. The situation won’t change for many years, there’s no exclusive content like scenes or characters reserved only for those who financially support my project. The game is free and will likely remain so for the next I don’t know six years, maybe more. I’m giving everything I have for free, and I hope people will like the project enough to support it so I can develop it faster and better, that’s all.
For over a year now, the game has been getting regular free updates nonstop, and I work on it whenever I can. I worked just as hard when zero people were downloading it, it doesn’t matter and I’ll keep working on the game because I’m also making it for myself.
