I can't update using the Update Button for some reason even if I have a stable wifi, or do I have to download the 4.6 downloader and update the previous downloader to update the game?

Due to this bug. I have now lost all my progress. Oh my God. I have completed everything until 0.4.5, and I wanted to update today at this moment and now I lost it all.

If you have a vpn turn it ON or if you dont have one download a vpn app that you feel comfortable and choose U.S it will start downloading
