Hello! For the punishment, you need to wait for akira and marin to actually fight, then when you are doing your judgement make sure that you always punish or blame akira.
Ahhhh you can't... unless you start over again... but then again, i'll release the next update this weekend for jane, she has a free version aswell, this includes the ability to punish girls that are in solo blocks.
