My first thought, this game could really do with volume control options in the Settings. Playing the game some more (an hour into a save file but probably more from dying and restarting) the game is really frustrating. Every boss feels a single crit away from just killing you. Also fighting the 2nd boss, the fire one, kept causing crashes several rounds into the fight.

I think I'm going to put the game down, the sprite art is very nice but I'm just not enjoying the gameplay. Maybe I'll check back in at some point to try again but I hope you have a lot of success.

I apologize for the inconvenience. I didn't realize until it was too late that the game's inspiration never let monsters inflict critical hits and only allowed players to inflict them through normal attacks. The issues you're having will be corrected in the coming update.

And I will add a volume control in the update as well.
