I’ve ran a few homebrews with a system I came up with a long time ago (and I made up the rules on the fly while playing with my group) and I try to bring this system to paper now (I hope this is in the spirit of the jam, because the game basically existed for a few years now, but never got formalised). But it’s incredible hard for me to write down the rules in a concise way, this is my first TTRPG after all. :D Especially, because I know what I was thinking when creating the rules, but I can’t assume people can read my mind. The 5 aspect of my entry will be the base rule set plus 4 additional settings that all introduce a setting specific mechanic.
As a small spoiler. In my game you can play as an anthropomorphic farm animal on a nameless farm. The idea is that every type of animal runs a different organisation or service. Like Berta, the chicken is the queen. The cats run a black market, the pigs running the food distribution and so on. The game should feel a bit like a adult cartoon, where everything looks fine and dandy, but it is powered by dark humour and deadly adventures.
