The game is broken as I can’t seem to load a match. Also, watch mode is missing from this build.

Sorry to hear that the matches aren't loading. Are you using the web version or the windows download? Is there any screenshot or any more info you can give so I can try to fix.
On the watch mode, it's still available on career mode but I've temporarily removed it from the quick match while I work on some improvements. I found that in quick match County mode one team would just keep winning all the kickouts and dominate the game.
