Oh any other Blame! hacks you'd recommend?
the only ones I've looked at are Blam! v0.6 (https://rpggeek.com/rpgitem/301164/blam) and Evolution Pulse (a FATE based game, https://rpggeek.com/rpgitem/173168/evolution-pulse ) is pretty close. Blam! is good for mining ideas - quite crunchy. I've not really looked at EP in any detail.
