i know your most likey wont make me get an nes controler but can we make the d pad like wasd or  have an option for computer controls?

For keyboard controls I generally use arrow keys for dpad, z and x for A and B, enter for start and shift for select. wasd feels kind of awkward personally. Though it wouldn't hurt to have a left-handed layout too; for that you could use wasd.
