Okay now I see it... yeah this Game is not compatible with your Smartphone... there is no fix for this.
Even when you are emulating Windows on it, Smarthphone Hardware is stiill different than PC Hardware. There is no way to fix this with Software, this is a Hardware Compability Issue. You can only fix this by you guessed it playing it on different Hardware.
Dev would need to build the entire Game from Scratch for Ios or Android to make this work.
Sorry I am not much of a help here... maybe the Dev makes a Smartphone port in the Future if you are lucky but I wouldn´t hold my Breath for that because the Dev stated that no Updates are made in the Future.
